The apartment is equipped with a noise monitoring device. Exceeding 75 dB or tampering with the device will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building. Cleaning Requirements: Before departure, guests are required to wash all used dishes and dispose of all rubbish in the designated bins outside the building. Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. Visitors: Access to the property is strictly limited to guests included in the reservation. Visitors who are not registered on the booking are not allowed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
